APPLICATION:

1. ANTI-SEIZE:
All Fittings and Fasteners working in temperatures ranging from >-30° to <210°C. Exceptional performance when used on dissimilar metals (eg Stainless Steel / Aluminium), Turnbuckles, D-shackles, Irrigation pipes and fittings, Drilling rigs (onshore & offshore).

2. STEEL WIRE ROPE:
Provides superior protection from caustic embrittlement caused by hybridisation of mineral / clay base (conventional greases). Stabily ph neutral (6.8) LANOLENE™ TEFLAN Grease insulates against electrolysis / acidic attack. Delivers high interstrand loading and lubrication. Thermal cycling ensures core penetration and active hermetic seal of strands, braiding and core base substrates. Ideally suited to supplement 1:4 Standard Cable Grease for use on High Speed / High Cycle cables (i.e. Elevators, Cranes, Marine Winches). Optimal results are always achieved applied totally moisture free and preferably warm >60°<100°C and dry throughout. Excellent results achieved with direct application to Low Speed / Low - Medium Cycle Cables in wet / Salt Water environments. LANOLENE™ TEFLAN Grease Delivers Service Life Extension and maintains suppleness.

3. MARINE:
Rudder post, Stern Gland, Yacht Winch and Windlass lubricant (use sparingly), Trunnions and Pivots, Pump and Valve glands, Bushes (blended with extreme high pressure grease, prevents moisture penetration), Outboard & Stern drive tilt and steering pivots.


4. PUMP SERVICE:
Apply LANOLENE™ TEFLAN Grease to Pump and valve Packings as "break in" lube and stuffing box corrosion inhibitor. Service life extender for pump bearings - see (5)

5. BEARINGS & BUSHES - HIGH TEMPERATURE, SPEED and LOAD:
LANOLENE™ TEFLAN Grease extends service life by introducing Anhydrous ability and increasing load pressures. Bearings & Bushes operating <10° >40°C to >max. 200°C, Blend LANOLENE™ TEFLAN Grease 1:4 Parts supplement Bearing Grease (suitable for operating extremes) to extend bearing service life and reduce moisture penetration (hydrolysis), thereby reducing acidic / electrolysis attack of bearing and housing by grease. Ideally suited to Bearings operating in moist - wet environments i.e. Pumps, Boat trailers, Aquaculture aerators etc.

Fully compatible with petroleum oils and greases for Service Life Extension.
